Premier Medical Weight Management is located in the Hidden Valley Office Park located at 1750 112th Ave NE, Suite E-168, Bellevue 98004.
Upon entering the driveway off 112th, head all the way towards the back of the building to Lobby 4. Park near the Lobby 4 entrance.
Once you enter into Lobby 4, go up one level (either stairs or elevator) from the ground floor to the first floor. Dr. David’s office is in Building E (directly across from the elevator), in suite E-168.
