I approached Dr. David at Premier Medical Weight Management because I had been on my weight loss journey for over a year and had success on my own, but my progress had stalled and I wasn’t sure where to go or what to do next.
Dr. David helped me understand what was really in a lot of the foods that I was eating daily. By showing me small changes to foods I was eating, and avoiding others all together, I was able to break a long plateau and begin making progress again.
My results have been slow and steady! At times I’ve felt discouraged that I wasn’t losing large amounts of weight each week, but looking at the big picture and overall progression has been very helpful. I’ve averaged 1 pound of weight loss each week!
One thing I like is the every other week check-ins! It makes it so much easier to not get too off track for too long, knowing I’ll be sitting in Dr. David’s office every two weeks where the composition scale is waiting. I’ve also really enjoyed using some of the foods/supplements that Dr. David recommends as an additional tool to weight loss.
I found the experience incredibly helpful and rewarding. Dr. David is so kind and compassionate. I’ve never felt judged for off weeks and Dr. David really celebrates your successes along with you.
I would recommend Dr. David to people who are starting OR continuing along their journey and need some additional tools to keep making progress.
I know that I wouldn’t be where I am today, 5 months into seeing Dr. David, without her. I feel much more equipped to handle social situations, traveling, and other scenarios that previously would have thrown me completely off track.
